The combination of instruction and hands-on training has been a winner for investment industry consultant Olmstead Associates as they achieved Assette Certified Expert (ACE) status earlier this year.

The ACE program trains professional services consultants, developers and marketers on how best to implement and begin using Assette to streamline their content automation efforts. From initial set-up to connecting data sources and editing and sharing content such as pitchbooks, client presentations, fact sheets and due diligence questionnaires, the training program provides hands-on experience and learning geared toward an individual’s role with the software.
Lewis said having the ACE designation gives their clients confidence that Olmstead consultants have the knowledge to implement Assette and allow clients to get the most out of the system as quickly as possible. “Companies want their technology to be easy to use and understand, and being ACE certified lets them know we have the ability to meet those goals,” said Lewis. “We can set them up for success.”
Other advantages of Assette that clients appreciate is Assette’s flexibility in turning data into useful content and how it allows both technical and non-technical people to easily get value from the system. “And with our ACE designation, we can explain and promote that value throughout the implementation process,” said Lewis.
